We are grateful for our volunteers who help with events and other activities of Nevada County Pride. We would not be able to do what we do without you!
We need volunteers throughout the year to help us on committees such as: Potlucks and Social, Sponsorships and Fundraising, Volunteers and Operations, Speakers Bureau, Marketing and Communications and more. Prior experience in these areas is good but not required - we will teach you!

Your Support Makes Pride Possible
When you give to Nevada County Pride, you power joyful, affirming events that bring our community together year-round — from our Annual Pride Family Picnic and Queer Movie Nights to the Trans Day of Remembrance and so much more.
Thanks to your support, we show up and shine across the county — at the Fair, Sierra College, Thursday Night Market, and beyond — building visibility, connection, and pride.
Your donation also helps us host panels, support groups, and workshops that uplift LGBTQ+ voices. In partnership with BriarPatch, Bright Futures for Youth, Behavioral Health, Sierra College, The Cauldron, and others, we’re creating spaces for education, healing, and empowerment.
A gift to our General Fund fuels this work and helps us take the next step: creating a dedicated physical safe space where our community can gather, celebrate, and access vital resources.

Legacy Gift
A legacy gift is a meaningful way to support Nevada County Pride while also meeting your personal financial and charitable goals. (Please consult a tax professional for details.)
Bequest: Include a simple provision in your Will or Trust to designate a specific dollar amount or percentage of your estate to Nevada County Pride.
Life Insurance Policy: Name Nevada County Pride as a partial or full beneficiary, or gift the policy itself in certain circumstances.
Retirement Plan (401(k), IRA, etc.): Naming Nevada County Pride as a beneficiary can be a smart way to give and may offer tax advantages.
