Nevada County elected officials and staff have been a supporter of our work for many years and we are so pleased that The Board of Supervisors of Nevada County will be honoring June Pride Month with the first official county proclamation at their regularly scheduled BOS Meeting. The county joins all three cities - Grass Valley, Nevada City, and Town of Truckee - in making a June Pride Month Proclamation. Visibility matters and it would really make an impression if A LOT of people showed up. There will also be time for public comment in support of the resolution and you are encouraged to speak if you would like. Please go all in for rainbow attire!
