Nevada City Pride Parade — June 6, 2026

The Nevada City Pride Parade is happening on June 6, 2026 at 6 PM - and you’re invited to be part of it. This is a community-led effort, created in collaboration with Lyric Rose Theatre, and rooted in years of courage, creativity, and showing up for one another - sometimes loudly, sometimes quietly, always with heart. As the town’s first full-fledged Pride parade down Broad Street, it carries forward a lineage of queer culture-making that’s been shaping Nevada City all along. In a place where being seen can still carry weight, Pride is both celebration and resistance! We’ll gather on Broad Street for a parade through downtown, and then keep the energy going with an all-ages Cabaret and After Party at the Nevada Theatre-featuring drag, music, storytelling, and community in full color. There are many ways to be part of it:
