Nevada County Pride and Foothills Compassionate Care are offering a free, hands-on Five Wishes Advance Care Planning workshop designed to help LGBTQ+ community members—and anyone supporting them—prepare for serious illness and end-of-life decisions before a crisis occurs. Using the nationally recognized Five Wishes document, participants will explore what matters most, clarify their care preferences, and learn how to start meaningful conversations with trusted loved ones or chosen family. The session provides practical guidance, connection, and peace of mind, emphasizing a holistic approach that includes personal, legal, emotional, and medical considerations.
